receive concerning reservations.
Q.
Is it necessary to be a student or below a certain age to make a reservation?
A. Anyone aged 17 or over can make a booking on Studenz.com; is NOT necessary to be a student.
- Accommodation: If you are aged under 17
then you must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- Lessons: You need to be at least 16 years old to book English
lessons, even if you are accompanied by an adult.
Q.
Can I book English lessons if I just want accommodation?
A. No. Our English lessons are completely optional;
you can book just accommodation.
Beds in shared rooms at Rosedene House are only available if you book
lessons as well.
Q.
If I make a booking and then cancel it can I have my deposit back?
A.
The deposit is non refundable in any circumstances. Any additional money
paid will be refunded according to our
cancellation conditions.
Q.
Can you help me obtain a visa to enter the United Kingdom?
A. If you require a visa to enter the UK then the
email confirmation you receive of your booking should normally help you
obtain a visa. For all visa matters relating to your specific situation you
are advised to contact a British Consulate in your country. Piccadilly Group
cannot offer individual advice or become involved in any aspect of visa applications.
If you make a booking and your visa application is rejected we do not refund
any deposit money paid.
Q.
I would like to know the exact price of a booking and/or check availability.
A. Studenz.com uses
an advanced booking systems
that show up to the minute availability and also calculate the exact cost
of a booking in various currencies. You can use these systems to check
availability and calculate prices without necessarily making a booking.
Q. If I complete the offline booking form for
lessons and then don't make a payment what happens?
A.
If we do not receive the payment within 10 days from the date you complete
the form the booking will be automatically cancelled.
